Fly in and out: Schiphol International Airport (AMS)

Local travel: Most people find walking and cycling are the primary ways to travel around Amsterdam, a city which is small, densely packed, and easy to cover by foot.

The city does also have a bus system to serve routes to / from the airport and the outer districts and a convenient tram service to get from A to B in the city centre
